During the COVID-19 quarantine developed a remote support Service Desk using VPN, softphone and cloud bases remote support solution.  This allow that a group of 52 support personnel can operates from their home, receive call using a virtual call center and connect to remote computers.  This solution was deloped in a 72 hours window.
